Compliance is the wedge. Firms entering through the Compliance Launch Group are natural expansion candidates for Research and Investments products. Patronus (15+ users) and Saranac (30+ users) have both rapidly expanded from piloting 2 compliance users to signing enterprise agreements that extend WealthAi across all front, middle and back office users with all agents. This is the land-and-expand motion in production.
The marketplace (17 partner relationships, 6 live and 11 LOI/MOU) further deepens platform stickiness, giving clients access to data and tools through a single WealthAi interface rather than managing multiple vendor relationships.
