Vision
Wealth management is facing a generational shift. Trillions in assets are transferring to a new generation of clients who expect digital-first, personalised experiences. Few firms are prepared for this. The technology they rely on was built for a different era, and the advisors who built those client relationships are retiring. Serving the next generation will require fundamentally different infrastructure.
At the same time, the industry is expanding. Family offices held $3.1T in assets in 2024 and Deloitte projects this will rise to $5.4T by 2030, with the number of family offices growing from 8,030 today to over 10,000 by 2030. Legacy tech wasn't built for this world. Fragmented systems, spreadsheet-driven workflows, and overextended architectures are expensive to run, risky to operate, and impossible to scale.
AI will reset both the economics and the service model of wealth management. Every firm will embed AI into its operating system. WealthAi is building the AI Operating System for European mid-market wealth management, an AI-native platform that enables greater personalisation, real business agility, and the removal of manual processes, supported by decades of domain expertise from inside the industry. We are built specifically for the European mid-market wealth firm, with wealth-native architecture rather than adapted enterprise tooling.
The Problem We Solve
Fragmented systems drain your team
Advisors toggle between 8+ tools daily. Data lives in silos. Nothing talks to anything.
Manual processes don't scale
Spreadsheet-driven workflows cap growth. Compliance is sample-based. Reporting takes days.
Legacy tech costs more than it delivers
Firms spend millions maintaining systems that slow them down. The old model can't keep up.
What We Do
WealthAi is a unified AI operating system that covers the entire wealth management firm, front office, middle office, and back office, through an agent platform built for wealth management. The WAi Assistant acts as the orchestrator, coordinating specialised sub-agents across every area of the business. WealthAi ships with purpose-built agents for research, compliance, and advisory as beachhead products, and firms can also create their own custom agents to fit their specific workflows.
AI Agents
Research Agent
For Advisors & Portfolio Managers
Natural language research across funds, markets, and documents. Real-time Morningstar data integration. Portfolio insights and comparisons in seconds, not hours.
Compliance Agent
For Compliance Teams
MAR trade surveillance with automated trade-to-communication matching. Real-time suspicious activity detection. Regulatory reporting (FCA, MiFID II, MAR) generated in minutes.
Advisory Agent
For Financial Advisors & Relationship Managers
Client Vault aggregates all client data in one intelligent record. Meeting Intelligence auto-generates briefs and summaries. Natural language CRM updates and cross-client insights.
WAi Assistant
Platform-wide Orchestrator
The orchestrator that ties all agents together. Coordinates sub-agents, manages workflows, and provides a unified workspace across all roles. Dashboard, task management, client management, global news feed, marketplace access, and audit logs.
Platform Architecture
Four layers, purpose-built for wealth management and connected top to bottom. AI-model agnostic, routing to the best model for each task.
WAi Assistant - role-aware workspace with intelligent search, dashboards, and audit trails.
marketplace - pre-integrated apps and services from curated partners.
Agents - specialised out-of-box agents for research, compliance, and advisory, plus the ability for firms to create their own custom agents.
Orchestration - WAi Assistant coordinates sub-agents, routes work, enforces policy, manages approvals, and produces audit logs.
Data Intelligence - aggregates client and market data from 200+ custodians and providers.
API Hub - governed connectors to CRM, PMS, email, banking, and third parties.
Managed Infrastructure - secure multi-tenant on Azure, multi-model AI routing (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic), encryption, safe deployment.
Why WealthAi
AI-native from the ground up
Built as an AI operating system with agents, orchestration, and intelligence at every layer. This is not a legacy platform with AI bolted on afterwards.
Covers the whole firm
Most AI tools focus on one role. WealthAi serves advisors, portfolio managers, compliance officers, and operations teams across front, middle, and back office on one platform.
Connected to everything
The marketplace and API Hub connect to 200+ custodians, Morningstar, Capital Economics, and existing CRM, PMS, and back-office systems. One platform that talks to everything.
Why European mid-market
WealthAi is the AI-native OS built for the European mid-market wealth segment. Tier-1 incumbents aim higher, US-native challengers do not operate here, and enterprise AI players target firms many times larger. The segment has regulatory pain, buying velocity, and budget, and no serious AI-native incumbent. Combined with decades of domain expertise from Bloomberg, Paxos, financial regulators, and platform businesses, WealthAi is built on real industry knowledge.
Marketplace Partners
WealthAi has signed agreements with marketplace partners, delivering pre-integrated apps and data from best-in-class providers. Subscribe with a single click, no integration project needed. But the flywheel goes beyond the marketplace. Firms get AI embedded into everything they do, develop custom workflows and agents, and the WAi Assistant learns individual users so well that they can transport it to a new firm if they move, without taking any confidential data with them. The platform is AI-model agnostic, using the best models for each job across Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
