Approach

How we are running this raise.

Relationship-led, campaign-supported

Primary deal flow through Jason, Paul, Jamie and existing investor networks. A structured outreach campaign fills top of funnel where warm routes don't reach.

Parallel tracks

VCs (lead and co-lead candidates), wealthtech angels (domain credibility and intros), and strategic investor-customers (Patronus-style dual-fit where a firm can invest and become a client).

Lead-anchored close

Priority is securing a lead with term sheet momentum, then building allocation around them. Fuel Ventures, Primo Capital, and nFront are the live lead candidates.

Walk-away discipline

No investors outside wealth or fintech vertical understanding. The financial model shows £3M as carrying the business to monthly EBITDA breakeven Jun 2028 and full-year profitable 2028, so we do not chase marginal cheques past the June close.
