LinkedInCulture & Operating Principles
WealthAi operates on a set of principles designed for speed, accountability, and results. Inspired by the best of high-performance technology companies.
Sports team, not family. High performance standards. Meritocratic. We keep the best players on the field.
Doers only. No managers or passengers. Everyone builds, ships, or sells.
Data over opinion. Decisions are grounded in evidence, not hierarchy.
Informed captains decide. No committees. Gather input, then one person decides and owns the outcome.
Truth over comfort. Direct candour is valued. We'd rather hear the hard truth early than discover it late.
Speed and purpose over perfection. Ship, learn, iterate. Done is better than perfect.
Merit is the only currency. Impact determines progression, not tenure.
Everyone measured by OKRs. No exceptions. Weekly tracking, full transparency.
Reward effort and results. Drag not tolerated. We move fast and expect everyone to keep pace.
Everyone can pitch WealthAi. Every team member should be able to explain what we do, why it matters, and why now.
Accomplish more with less. Constraints breed creativity. We don't wait for more resources - we find a way.
Operating Cadence
Weekly
ExCo meetings. OKR tracking across all teams. Sprint reviews and planning.
Monthly
Business reviews. Pipeline and revenue analysis. Product roadmap updates.
Quarterly
Leadership offsites. OKR setting and review. Strategic planning and prioritisation.
Ongoing
Data-driven decisions. Direct candour. Continuous deployment and client feedback loops.
